The Zoning Administrator has the responsibility to grant Zoning Permits and to make inspections of buildings or premises necessary to carry out their duties in the enforcement of this Ordinance. The Zoning Administrator does not approve plans or issue Permits for the excavation or construction until such plans have been inspected in detail and found to conform to the Zoning Ordinance.
