The three members decide citizen’s appeals and issues relating to the existing Township Zoning Ordinance.
The ZBA members appoint a Chairman. Meetings are held when the Chairman request (usually when a property owner submits an appeal or a request for interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance to the Zoning Administrator).
Meetings are normally held on the third Saturday of the month at 10:00 am however other times may be required. Typically Blue Lake has 2 to 3 ZBA meetings per year. All ZBA meetings are open to the Public.
